Getting Good Audio from a"Mark"

Postby ProPrankster » Wed Apr 27, 2016 5:17 pm

How do you get great audio from a "mark"?

It's important to have good audio from the "mark" because the "mark" is typically the star of the show and the "mark's" reactions and dialogue are usually cause for great humor. The best way to get great audio is to get the "mark" as close to a microphone as possible. In some instances, it may be possible to actually put a wireless lavalier microphone on the "mark", in other circumstances you could use area microphones placed throughout the room or perhaps the situation the "mark" is being placed into would allow for a microphone to be placed right in front of the "mark" in plain view. Below are some great suggestions for microphones you may want to use on your prank.
